2011 Company 5S Achievement Conference

　　At 2:30 p.m. on December 10, 2011, the "Chongqing Xinchaoli Bearing Co., Ltd. On-site Basic Improvement 5S Results Release Conference" was held at the company. Attending the conference were Mr. Liu, a mentor from Taiwan’s Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, middle- and senior-level management personnel and employee representatives from the company, as well as representatives from more than ten clients including Jianshe and Yinxiang. At the conference, our company showcased the achievements made in the five key areas—safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and morale—since the implementation of the 5S initiative. We also reported on the shortcomings identified during the 2011 implementation process and outlined our plans for 2012. Additionally, we honored individuals and teams that had performed exceptionally well during the 2011 5S rollout. After the conference, client representatives toured our production facilities, conducted on-site inspections to evaluate the improvements achieved through the 5S initiative, and provided valuable feedback and suggestions on our 5S promotion and management efforts. Finally, Chairman Zou of the company delivered a concluding speech: “This 5S results release conference is just the beginning. Our company will definitely continue to carry out the 5S initiative and see it through to the very end—making ‘Happy 5S’ a lasting reality!”
