Over the past several years of continuous development, the company has steadily strengthened its collaborations with leading domestic and international brands, consistently increased its investments, and continuously adopted new technologies and processes (such as long-life optimized design techniques). It has also introduced advanced production and testing equipment from both home and abroad—including fully automatic in-line inspection machines for inner diameter, clearance, rotational flexibility, and appearance, roundness testers, the U.S.-based SBS AE adaptive system, bearing life enhancement testing machines, metallographic analyzers, BVT vibration testers, and universal length measuring instruments. The company has equipped itself with several automated bearing production lines—such as a fully automatic bearing grinding and superfinishing line, a fully automatic bearing assembly line, and fully automatic bearing cleaning equipment—and specializes in supplying deep-groove ball bearings for motorcycle engines, wheel hubs, general-purpose machinery, automobiles, and other applications. With this state-of-the-art equipment, the company can annually produce 30 million sets of various low-noise, high-precision, and precision bearings.
