TM6202:
As one of the most commonly used bearings for motorcycle engine crankshafts, the conventional 6202 bearing cannot meet the demanding requirements of larger-displacement engines. The TM6202 bearing boasts a longer service life and greater stability compared to the standard 6202 bearing, completely resolving the issue of unstable quality in conventional 6202 bearings without altering the engine’s structural design.
TM6205:
As a representative of our company’s high-speed bearings, the TM6205 bearing provides an effective solution for the crankshaft bearings in the 125 improved engine. It not only replaces the original 6304 bearing but also addresses the current situation where conventional 6205 bearings fail to meet operational requirements.
TM6205A:
As a long-life bearing, this model has successfully passed the 1000-hour endurance test as well as customer bench tests. It provides effective quality assurance for customers’ high-end models.
63/28 and 6304: These two bearing models were among the earliest motorcycle crankshaft bearings launched by our company. TM6202: With its unique design, reliable service life, and stable quality, this bearing is the ideal choice for mainshaft bearings in high-displacement engines. This product is also available in sealed configurations such as TM6202-Z and TM6202-RS. It is suitable for use in mainshafts of models including 150, 175, 200, and 250. Additionally, it delivers excellent performance when used on balance shafts as well.
TM6204: When selecting auxiliary shaft bearings for high-displacement engines—especially those with displacements of 175 cc or greater—the quality of conventional 6204 bearings tends to be unstable, and bearings from various manufacturers all exhibit issues to varying degrees. This particular bearing model can address this problem more effectively.
6303E: This bearing is an enhanced design based on the standard 6303 bearing and is specifically designed for balanced shaft applications. It addresses the issue of inconsistent quality found in standard 6303 bearings.
