　　Obstacles and thorns, failures and pain are everywhere in our work and life. Therefore, we advocate striving forward with determination. Before us, the Xinchaoli people, hardships, difficulties, failures, and setbacks will never serve as reasons for us to give up our efforts or stop fighting. On the contrary, we will treat them as sharpening stones that temper our will and as stimulants that fuel our continued upward climb.
