The company's 5S results conference in 2011

At 2:30 p.m. on December 10, 2011, the "5S Achievements Conference of Chongqing Xinchao Bearing Co., Ltd. for On-site Foundation Improvement" was held in the company. Teacher Liu, the instructor of Taiwan Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group, the company's middle and senior management cadres and employee representatives, as well as more than a dozen customers including Construction and Yinxiang, attended the conference. At the meeting, our company showed the achievements in safety, quality, efficiency, cost and morale since the implementation of 5S work, and reported the deficiencies in the promotion in 2011 and the implementation ideas in 2012. The outstanding individuals and groups in the process of 5S promotion in 2011 were commended. After the meeting, customer representatives visited our company's production site, inspected and understood the on-site 5S basic improvement results, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on our 5S promotion and management work. At last, Chairman Zou of the company made a summary statement: "This 5S results conference is only a starting point, and our company will continue to carry out 5S work and carry out happy 5S to the end!"
